I've been slacking off!!!! How about you??

It's called procrastination, and I guess we all suffer from it. The way I try to deal with it (not necessarily in myLot, but in other areas of my life) is to procrastinate to procrastinate. Sounds weird, doesn't it?

I find myself picking up the pace at this time of the month to get my limit. I have a little less than $3 to make by the 30th. I an confident I will get there. And I think you will too. Maybe pick one day and try to get 70 or 80 cents.

Everyone has priorities and mylot is more for lounging around and chatting..if you are here all the time I would wonder if other work is piled up. I put mylot as my second in line..but There are other little things that come up and have to be taken care of. I haven't slacked off just have had other things come up that need my attention first;)+

I've only just scraped through this month for the minimum payment, where normally I would sail through, but because the money you get now is slacking and there seems to be less discussions to respond to, plus the fact that I'm just not putting the same amount of time into the site as I used to, so I can't expect to get the regular payouts I used to x

Well I have been very slow myself this time round now as well But I also think there is other reasons it is getting harder to get there I had to lower my Payout this Month as I knew I would never make it

Hey look at the bright side - your doing better than me, I'm only at $4.86, I am sure this will be the first month since joining mylot that I won't reach payout :( Am getting a little depressed about it - hard to believe I was averaging $25 a month or more... Oh well, work, move, getting settled, enjoying life in the country and all I have slacked off horridly but think I may be getting back into the swing of things - ha ha ha as I head outside to mow some lawn and hopfully get some nature photos :)

LOL I have $5.87. This will be the first time I have not made payout since my first month! I have so much going on right now I have not got time to get here except a minute or two a day!

Oh yes I do-- I set a goal about 3 months ago- $25 a month- I haven't hit it yet- I start off so well- then about mid-month- I slack off- I'm over the $10 now but I'm not near the $25- I keep saying to myself- I have to hop on mylot and respond to people- that way my earnings will go up- It's just been so busy! and it gets even busier with the summer- and nice weather- I wish you luck-- $3 in 8 days sounds doable- My goal of $25 is way out there!

I haven't been slacking off but it is a struggle for me to make payout. I spend at least 8 hours a day on-line, not all of it at Mylot. By the time Im responding and commenting and other stuff like checking profiles chasing links etc I only manage about 10 - 15 posts a day. How people manage over 150 posts is beyond me, I can't manage that in a month! This is the third time I've tried to do this response. Last night my session ended just as I posted and I lost it. This morning, my session dropped out 14 minutes after I started and I lost it again, gee I hate that. Good luck with it Mssnow.

This month I actually did more responding. I did not start as many discussions though. I have been trying to clean up my Best Responses also. As I get close to the end of the month, I will kick up my pace a little more.

I need $3.98 to reach my payout. Ugh. I think I will make it though. I slacked of in the beginning of the month. So I am averaging at least 75 cents a day so I think I will be okay.

Hello,mssnow,i have been inactive for the whole week and the productivity has very low,i am 2 dollars away from the payment target,that mean i have to earn 25 cents a day,it may not be too hard if i am very active,I will try my best to meet the payment target as i do not want to wait until next month.

Me, too, Snow, I'm plopped at 6.99 and no idea how I'll get the other three, got a lot of social obligations next week. I noticed that I reached my first payout in about 260 posts, but there's no way I'll make it this time with that few. At least now I have a digital camera, so I can earn a bit extra if I can put up a photo with each discussion. Good luck, type away, I'll let you know if I make it!

Well stop being so lazy sis! Get a wriggle on and get it done! lol Well come on - us sisters have to keep it real! I try my best to keep up to date and normally I would have no problem making up my minimum but since I am going away tomorrow I fear I have absolutely no chance! Never mind - more for next month! lol xxx

I have done the same thing this month. If I don't get busy posting, it will be the first full month since I joined myLot that I haven't reached payout. I have never had to work so hard at the end of the month playing catch up, but I don't want to miss out.

You've been slacking, Well shame on you Snow! lol You better get to typing on that keyboard. Actualy I've only been paid once in the last 5 months and that was last month. Thats not really why I'm here anyway. So, You actualy make payout every month huh. Thats pretty good. Take care, Terry

Well snow, I read some of the responses here and it seems you're not the only one who's been slacking off lately. There must be some kind of virus splaying around here, LOL. My earnings is over $10 plus and need about $4 more to reach $20. It will be the lowest since I joined here. Its not bad considering how limited my time here at mylot for the past several weeks. One week to go for you to reach the minimum payout. It will be a piece of chicken work for you. Go for it.

I have to make almost $3.00 to reach payout, and my week away didn't help, so here I am trying to catch up. Maybe we will both make it.

I tend to slack off on the first half of the month and wonder why if I am going to be able to meet the payout by the end of the month. I am stilling hoping that I will be able to make payout this month but I still need almost four dollars. The weather is too nice outside to be inside typing away on the computer.

Well, you just need 3 dollars to make pa out this month. I need 9 dollars. I just joined recently and i still believe it is possible to make the 9 dollars in the remaining days. I just hope I ahve enough strength, courrage and time to achieve it. But I won't give up till I do. And if I don't, well, there is always next month.
