What is the best gift you ever received or gave?

The best gift I ever received was my children, they make my world turn, but a gift that I got as a present, that would have to be when I received my wedding invitation framed as a memory of that life changing event. The best gift I ever gave was to pass that gift on to someone else, meaning I gave my step-sister her wedding invitation framed, so she can have that memory too! So what about you?

the best gift i ever give ? hmm, maybe none.. i'm not sure i've gave something that valuable to anyone, even to my family
i thought by giving something the person desired so much would be the best for him/her
but i was wrong LOL
i remembered giving my mom a bag for her birthday, it's a fashion bag and it cost some money, but i think my mom is not as happy as i expected LOL
she said that her best gift would be to see me become a good person and have a good and prosperous life
i got touched when i heard her wish, hahaaa
same with my father, everything i gave him, he said the same thing as my mom
LOL
best gift i ever received is not an object.. it was a surprise cake from all my friends
two years ago i got the surprise and this year i had it once again ^^
it is much more valuable because it showed their attention for me

I love it when friends get together and do stuff like that. That happened to me once myself, I worked at an amusement park as a ride operator and we all decided to have a crew party which happened to fall on my birthday. They bought me a cake, balloons, and a card and the greatest thing was I didn't tell anyone it was my birthday!! Thanks for sharing your story!!

The best gift that I ever gave was the Ebola virus.
Let me explain.
My little sister gets sick very easily. After seeing the movie Outbreak, whenever people would ask if she was sick or if she was getting sick, she would respond with "Yes, I'm very sick I have the Ebola virus. Any second, my insides will liquefy and pour out every orifice."
So, when I found giantmicrobes.com, I decided to get her the Ebola virus. I wrapped it up and made sure it was the last gift to be opened. Before she opened it, I said "Before you open that, I have to ask... Are you getting sick?" She looked confused until she opened it. Everyone agreed that it was the best gift ever.
The same year, I also gave a friend of mine Mono from giantmicrobes.com. She'd had Mono TWICE in high school, which is supposed to be impossible. So I told her now she could tell people she got Mono 3 times.
