I have been a victim of DCFS. I have no idea as of what to do now. My kids were laten 9 days before Christmas, because my babysitter left my kids home alone while I was working 3rd shift. After they took them they placed them with other family members. I have been going back and fourth to court trying to get my kids back. When they took them I was told I would never get them back. I began drinking and quit my job and lost my home. I was devistated that these people ripped my heart from my chest, my kids are my heart and without them there is no reason to go on with my life, or even care what happens to me. My ex-husband was abusive and shut me off from everyone who loved and cared about me when I was with him, then tried to rape me in front of my daughter at that time was 2. He was charged with domestic battery and drugs. he then ran off for 5 years and wanted nothing to do with our kids, absolutely no contact period. He had never even seen our youngest son who just turned 5 this week. He is under investigation for child molestation for my oldest son as of right no. DCFS is planning on giving him custody of my 2 children whom he knows nothing about, and doesn't even know. He is a drunk and a drug addict and can't keep a job for nothing and would never pay his child support, because he felt it wasn't something he needed to do. He has mentally abused his other children and his oldest son molested his girlfriends little girl who was 3 at the time. He has turned his oldest son into a drug addict and drunk. And, these people think he is a good parent, because he can act like a good parent for 2 hours every week, and he tells the people from the agency how much he loves them. I know what kind of man he is, and I know what he could do to the kids to hurt them to get at me. Because. I am living with family right now and just finally got a job and looking for a place to live they won't place my kids with me. My question is how could they even consider this kind of decision without taking into consideration all he has done to me, his first ex-wife, all of his other kids, and all the charges for domestic battery, DUIs, and drug charges?
