Has anyone had any problems out of Freebies on Tap?

I completed offers and then cashed out and my earnings disappeared which usually means that it is in process of transferring the money, well I did that last week and still have not received it. When I inquired about it with the admin., they said they did not see any offers completed but I have some showing completed and had a current balance. I am just wonderig if they are a scam site or not.
