Is the SIMS Holiday expansion pack worth the price?

I really want to get this exapnsion but I did not feel the the "STUFF" expansion packs are worth the $19.99 price. What are your thoguhts.

I have seen versions of it for sale in store that are less than that. The $19.99 price is apparently for the stand alone version, if you already have Sims2 up and running you might see if you can find the version that is just an add on.
It would be nice if the add-on versions were available from EA games web site in a download form, with a corresponding drop in price. But I'm not sure they will ever do that.
