Yeah, I just think they have such good vitamins in them already that they should word twice as good when you're not pregnant. The doctors will also tell you that if you are thinking of haveing a baby to start taking them. I think they work great.

I don't usually take vitamins. But I have a bottle of vitamin C in my fridge so I will pop them as and when I feel like it. Which is usually I think I might be falling sick hehe.:P

I take a liquid multi vitamin that has 77 different organic minerals, 13 vitamins, 18 amino acids, 12 herbs, and 7 other nutrients. I take this liquid vitamin because vitamins in pill form do not absorb into the body very well. Vitamin pills have an absorbency rate of of only 5%-10%. The muli vitamin I take is 98% absorbable. If you'd like to know more about this, check out my blog. I posted about the multi vitamin I take under the post category "Health Tips".

Embarassing as this is, I'm 17 years old and I still take Flintstones vitamins. They have enough nutrition for the regular adult, but their taste is made for children and they're chewable. I also take Centrum Kids (Rugrats flavor), and sometimes I take Vitamin B-complex (to help keep a pleasant, stable nervous system).

There's nothing wrong as long as it favors your whole system.
