During the school year, I get an average of 5 hours per night, maybe less. Some nights I won't sleep at all, I'll just stay up doing homework.
Now, though, during summer vacation, I get 10-12 hours per night. Such a delight! 8D

I get about 8 hours sleep a night but it is always broken! Some times I do have a nap during the day if I really need it but at the moment I really dont feel like I get enough sleep and quite often get really crabby during the day, my daughter is 8 months old and I do find it really trying when I dont get enough sleep and my partner is a shift worker so he isnt around alot so I look after my daughter on my own most of the time which isnt fun but I am not complaining I love my daughter and I figure this wont last forever

Now that my son is a lot older i.e almost 5, I get 7-8 hours sleep and sometimes in the weekends a little longer. When he was a baby it was 3-5 hours each night and only slightly more if he has had a long day without a nap.

I get between 5-7 hours of sleep at night. Mostly depends on when I get to bed after playing on the computer or watching TV. If I know I will have a busy day I'll try to make more of an effort to get in the bed earlier. Definitely if I have meetings scheduled. My body does not respond well to meetings if I'm tired. I will fall asleep in a minute. It's harder with the little one around, because I never have anytime to myself until she goes to sleep. It will be much harder later this year once the second one is born. I guess I should try to get some sleep now aye? Goodnight!!
