Would you own a parrot? What would you teach it to speak?

Oh I could have so much fun with a parrot! I could live vicariously through it! I could teach it to say all the things that I long to say to my boss! Just think, I could teach the parrot to say, "Better get busy then," which is what I long to say when my boss says, "I'm going to need this by tomorrow." Wow, I've never thought of this before now. I could relieve a lot of stress by doing this!! *looks up phone number for nearest pet store."

I don't like birds to be put in cages, as they were created to fly and be free. But, to answer your question, I would have a Holy bird. I would teach it to Praise God and bible scriptures.

Maybe a one point of my life I would have gotten one but not now since I have 3 kids and 2 dogs. I barely get any quite time now let alone have some bird that talks and squaks!lol Not for me now but still an interesting pet to owner for someone who doesnt mind all the noise and so on.

I would love to own a parrot, but they cost to much money. I do however own an adorable cockatiel, and he talks pretty good. If I had a parrot I would probably teach him lots of crazy things to say. Like I'm the boogyman ( this one is for my 4 year old grandaughter). Next: get out of my bedroom. ( this is for all 3 grandkids) They live with me. The list could go on and on lol. I have quite the sense of humor, so whatever I can think up I would teach the bird.
