Your already in a happy & strong relationship and this one particular person (friend, ex, stranger etc..) is still patiently waiting for your love, waiting for your present relationship to break up, waiting for your love...
how would you feel? flattered? sympathize for that person? or really don't care about it?

I will care and sympathize because I want to share my happiness. Thanks.

If I was happy in my relationship, and in love, then I wouldn't care much, except to tell them there's no chance. I've been in a similar situation, but where I was in an awful, abusive relationship. I fell in love with someone else (my fiance now) and that gave me the strength to get out of that relationship.
If someone now was "in love with me" I would be very honest and tell them that while I am flattered, I have no interest, as I am very happy with the love of my life. I'd tell them that it'd be best if they didn't pursue it, and that waiting would not be a good idea either.

Its nice to be honest and frank hoping they will realize there's really no chance right?! Thank you very much for the response!
