Hello. You should have included New Jersey in the mix. We have some of the highest utiliy rates, property taxes, auto insurance and healthcare rates in the United States. Any suggestion to relieve any of these rates would be appreciated. I don't know how we survive these days. Lloyd

Oh, Yes and another thing, the electrical system is screwed up, My landlord needs to fix the wiring, we are sharing electricity in a sense. because our neighbors are using the hall lights that belong to us, and the basement lights.
