Does ad clicking really pay you?

Ive herd this alot. When a new person asks how to make money, a person will give the usuall quality not quantity and everything. But sometimes I see people that also say clicking on adds in the discussions pay you.
Although I dont know if ad clickings pays, I do it anyway. Has anyone tested this at all?

Hi kurokage! Take a look at http://www.perfspot.com/groups/lovelydame3000 for some good sites. Programs like Adbux are genuine but to be benifited you need a good amount of referrals.I only go for tested or recommented sites to work on.
