Don't you think the house price too high in your city?

In my impression, four or five years ago, the price housing is only the $300 / square meter in my city, But , now, ----, the price had been higher than $800yuan/ square meter here. It is only very ordinary house for the citizen. Using my total earning in the past year, i can not afford the toilet.
Don't you think the house price too high in your city? Is it the possible that the price will be down?

In my opion,the price is certainly too high.In our ciry we have to buy houses by loaning by bank.I think maybe the price is always high in the future.
