I got married in July 12, 1985 in Tokyo, Japan to a non smoking Philippine lady. She convinced me to quit my 20+year habit of smoking. Love taught me I could conquer this vile habit. My parents smoked and I smoke since I was 20 years old for 20 years.
My wife did not make me quit smoking but she gave me the incouragement to do this. I used the gum and had some Smoke Enders classes. Also self help hynosis tapes were used. Sublimal tapes to. It was hardest the first three days. then it got to be easier. It was the hardest thing to do..but I am glad that is in the past. The only time success come before work is in the dictionary

yes, i gave up smoking the moment i found out i was pregnant. Giving up smoking is a WILL and a CHOICE. I had to give importance to the life of the baby i was carrying inside womb (i could always go back smoking after i give birth BUT hopefully i wont...) it's nice to be nic free! :)

yes I quit smoking years ago, I knew I wanted to get pregnant and I wanted to quit before and give my body time to get rid of the toxins. It's easy to quit when you do it for your unborn children
