Is it reason enough?

I have a guy friend who's already married and has 3 kids. He and his wife have a little flaw in their relationship. I guess, they don't have time to talk..(just talk about anything). I believe that he's like getting even with his wife by having relationships with other women and they don't even look pretty (not one of them)! Do you think it's reason enough for him to do that? I can't seem to balance and analyze things; and its bugging me.

Clearly they lack proper communication skills. At this point I don't know if there's hope for them, once it gets that bad.... I feel sorry for the kids. These two ought to feel ashamed of themselves, especially him, he's a father, he should act like an adult even if he isn't one.

Men and women both of them must be faithful to each other, it is compulsory. Truthfulness in relations make them sacred and the off springs get better chance to get hundred percent attention and caring from their parents. However, if husband and wife relation get strained, then true friends must try to make peace among them and in no case man should try to go to other woman, it is unfaithfulness and disregard to a woman who has raised his three kids and sacrificed herself to build the small world of her own.
