Sometimes. There are those moments of silliness that I would attribute to teen actions. And of course when I am playing with the grandkids I will act their age sometimes, playing with dolls or cars with them. But for the most part I think I act my age.

Not all the time. There are times when I do act 24, but other times I act like I'm slightly older (times of seriousness) or other times I act younger, those are times of silliness.

i think i am the same way, but 24 now is different than 24 was fifty years ago. i think i act like a more old-fashioned 24. i am at least one of the few people my age i know who is a homeowner with a husband and kid on the way, but my parents were like that when they were my age too

I act different in different circumstances. When I'm playing with my children I act their age, not mine. When I need to be mature, I do.

I tend to agree with Dara. I have always been told I act more mature than my age but when it comes time to playing with my kids I too can be silly and kid like.

I agree with Dara, too. When dealing with my clients or an acquaintance, I keep a professional and mature demeanor, sometimes noted as older than my real age. But, get me together with my husband, extended family and close friends...well, it's the OTHER side of the spectrum...lol.

Not always. Primarily when I am upset or angry, then I am really too childish. Normally I'm not one to be silly or giddy.

My boyfriend said to me a couple of months ago "you're too young to be 28"... hahah I thought that was sweet (he's 22). There is a side of me that has always acted much more mature and responsible for my age, then there is another side that is young and silly. Most people are suprised when I tell them my age, they always say they thought I was a few years younger than I truely am. However when I was younger, a child/teenager, it was the other way around, everyone thought I was older than I was. So who knows...

Well does it mean that if i am in the eighties, i should act like one. Probably i could still dance and bowl at that age. Shouldnt I and can I?

my mother just turned a healthy 90 and still gets around & acts like she's in her 60's. Age is a state of mind.

I think so. It's hard to tell for sure. Is there a set way EVERY 26 year old should act??

I really don't and I think that's because of my life experiences. I don't look my age either. I'm 35 and most people think I'm about 27 or so. I just got married, I've never had kids yet, I've traveled the world, love fashion and take good care of myself. I guess these days it's hard to say what a 35 year old woman is "supposed" to look or act like so it's all a matter of opinion, BUT if anyone thinks I'm going to get an old lady buzz cut and stop wearing designer clothes once I turn 50...FORGET IT :) I plan to be cute and classy for my whole life.

Depends on the circumstances. I enjoy having fun, but there are times when one needs to be serious and act more adult-like rather than child-like. But, I prefer the latter.
