why aussie are far ahead of everybody

Australian team is one of the best rather is the best team of the world. The reason behind their success is their dedicated effort and the continuous improvement in their own specialisation. If one is batting expert like Ricky ponting, who scored 12 centuries with in just 18 months of cricket where as Sachin could score just one during the same period. In Australian cricket if you don't perform you are out of the team and will be out till you really out perform your teammates. But, in case of Indian team you are never out even if you are badly performing like Sehwag, Sachin, Yuvraj to name a few. Australian cricket is based on purely skills and no politics. I remember how the Waugh brother reined the Australian cricket but when they were not performing well, Mark waugh was kicked out and then Steve took Retirement too when he felt that time has come to hang his boots. Even greats like Mcdermott, Glen McGrath and Shane Warne have done the same thing. Their class is different and this makes them stand ahead from the World cricketing teams.

they are true professionals, dedicated to their cause, disciplined and hardworking. they know exactly what their job is.... to win matches for australia and they prform that to perfection. we dont see that kind of professionalism with any other team and thats their success secret.

The reason is that they have a well designed system of selecting the players and they know how to treat and train the players... If a player is not performing in a couple of matches he is sent back to the county and he has to prove the selectors to get back to the team but that is not the case in India.. In India if a plyer is out of form he is given rest for one or the most two matches and again he is included in the team next match and his poor form continues.The total system of cricket has to change in India if India wants to be like Australia and Aussies are the champions and are marching further forward just because of this method of selection and training

aussies are the champs... they are really dedicated towards their game.. this consistency comes due to their determination, they are a bunch of very hard working players and they do not depend upon one or two players. this also has to do with the domestic cricket they play, they have less teams in domestic circuit, so there is a lot of competition there itself, which makes the players fight for their place. and also i should talk about their bench strength here, it's top most in the entire cricket world. hence there is no stopping aussies...
