What do you do to keep your wellness in Monsoon(rainy season)?

As Monsoon has arrived and the humidity has started affecting us it has become imperative that we take proper care of our health. There are a number of diseases, which propagate in this season like jaundice, diarrhoea, typhoid we should take proper care of our health, which is only possible by taking precautions and preventive steps. If we remain a little conscious and try to maintain balance between our appetite, food and season we can keep good health. So, What you do and what precautions you take to keep your wellness?

Ok........Means you don't have to take any precaution in taking food and water and other things in rainy season.Then your body metabolism is very good.take care.
