I saw it and I won't eat at McDonalds anymore. I don't like going to fast food places anymore after seeing that. I can't believe that, we as nation, have allowed ourselves to get that lazy and careless about our nutritional habits. I never really like McDonalds before and now, I dislike it even more.

it's bad enough that we eat that foods very often, but supersizing our meals can really be hazardous to our health!

Yes, I just watched it on Youtube.com. The publisher put the full movie online (in one file!) Just search Supersize me and you'll find it. I learned a lot about that movie. However it wasn't surprising to me at all! That food is very fattening. Never order their hamburgers, fries, fish or chicken nuggets. If I ever go there I only get their Grilled Chicken (their healthiest sandwich), side salad, and drink (NEVER drink regular soda --- it has all sugar in it. Get Diet or Light drink ONLY.) If you get their salads get it with the grilled chicken ONLY. Get light or fat free dressing. Order their small yogurt, apple dippers, and ice cream. Once again NEVER order ANY of their fat items only order the items I mentioned above. I do believe you can eat fast food BUT you really got to be strict and NOT eat any of the bad stuff, right?

I have seen that movie a bunch of times and even blogged about it. I also love Morgan Spurlock's new series 30 days. I only eat McDonalds at marches now.

yes, I saw that movie! I liked it a lot! A very interesting movie! My friend told me that, if you put french fries on a table for 1 month, they will not rot! Can you believe that! That's how "fake" the food is! I don't think it can even be called "food"!
