employer or employee , who are you ?

Employee and that is what I prefer to be. Only on the far would I be considered an employer and then it would be more like a partnership. Helping is my thing and earning through my own effrots is much how I prefer to make a living. Good luck with the pressures of being an employer and trying to find good employees. Paying payroll could be a real chore also.

I am an employee, but I love being an employee right now. I work the night shift and I am by myself. I only do about an hour to three hours of work then I have the rest of the time to myself.

I am neither I am a Housewife. that is a job too! trying to keep the house and Husband together, I am alo the Maid, the Nurse,Mother GrandMother. all of that in one. I am kind of sick now. LOL, I am both! I am a stay at home Mom, so for the most part I am the one in control, but we all know kids and husband can mess up plans and we just to go with the flow, handing over who is in charge really. :0)

I am also an employee. I don't like our bad tempered and emotional boss. He doesn't make a sense all the time. I have to say that I'm tired of working for such a boss. Hopefully one day I can be my own boss.

Now I am the employee. I know it is not good as a employee. Being a emplyor is great. But I haven't thought of being a emplyor of myself.

I am also an employee right now in a manufacturing company. But if I got the chance to have a capital, im gonna put up my own business. It does'nt matter to me whether im the employer or the employee, what's important is that I earn an income.

welll i am neither at the moment as i am just about to go to colege so i supose you could say i am an employee as i get paid a little for it
