How would you deal with people which is too difficult to understand? Difficult to please and too hard to comprehend? Well, encountering this type of people in our everyday lives would be our tough luck. Sometimes, when we're doing things in our own way, they will somewhat bug in in the sense that can annoy us. They have this type of personality where they become too harsh and even hurt us personally. If you're dealing this type of personality in your work, especially she or he might be your superior, that's a very unfortunate of you. However, you can deal this type of person in different way or into a positive degree. Just remember that this typo has her or his own problem and if you mingle with them, you might get depressed and frustrated. It's better to ignore their behavior sometimes and just go on with what you believe is healthy relationship for you.
Well, how do you deal with it? Any tough luck?

I try to be as sickenly sweet as I can. It just ticks them off and sometimes, they just calm down other times, they just get more upset. I had one man who thought he was the world's best whatever, well he come strutting in asking for the price of something. Well this thing was unusual and I told him that I didn't know and if he wanted to wait, I would try to call and find out. Well he got a huffy and told me no that we should have the price list there and to have the manager call him as soon as he got in. Well I was glad to be rid of him.
