1. reduce salt in anyway you can in your daily meal
2. daily exercise is important, walking for 30 mins is excellent or 2 miles
3. go to bed no later than 11pm for 2 reasons. 1) give you enough sleep 2) let your body recover and remove the toxic in your body

Yoga & controlled breathing are exzcellent ways to reduce high blood pressure.
Try taking a deep breath in. Hold for 10 seconds, or less is fine. Breathe out slowly by blowing gently throygh your mouth. Feel your air coming out starting from your stomach & moving up.
I am not an expert on this. It is best to get professional advice.

The best without taking tablets is to avoid food with "high" salt level or fatty foods.
