What are the BEST Natural ways to lower high blood pressure?

1. reduce salt in anyway you can in your daily meal 2. daily exercise is important, walking for 30 mins is excellent or 2 miles 3. go to bed no later than 11pm for 2 reasons. 1) give you enough sleep 2) let your body recover and remove the toxic in your body

sorry, forgot the last point. 4. eat planty of vegatable + Omega-3 fatty acids sala dressing. If you don't know what to take, eat a hand full of all kinds of nuts would do the same.

Exercise, reduce salt intake, loose weight and stress management. Many people in high stress jobs have high blood pressure. A good way to get rid of stress is to exercise. And reducing salt intake my help you lose weight. Good luck

Yoga & controlled breathing are exzcellent ways to reduce high blood pressure. Try taking a deep breath in. Hold for 10 seconds, or less is fine. Breathe out slowly by blowing gently throygh your mouth. Feel your air coming out starting from your stomach & moving up. I am not an expert on this. It is best to get professional advice.

The best without taking tablets is to avoid food with "high" salt level or fatty foods. :) ~Joey

reduce consume meat. take relax for any condition drinking tea try to use aroma therapy maybe it can help you
