why are some daughters angry when their single mom dates a hot young guy?

i dont think that jealousy is the reason for their angriness. Possibly it just because they cannot accept that their father place is being taken by another man which is about about the same age as her.

I think it is the same thing a mother feels when she found out her daughter is dating an older men. There is an element of jealousy there, disbelief (we all want our loved ones to always do the right and acceptable thing), anger, dissapointment...but most of all I think it is really just concern and care. The daughter is just worried that her mother will be hurt in the end.

I think it is is because the daughter believes Mom should act her own age and not try to seem younger by dating a guy that is hot and closer to the daughter's age. Mom is suppose to be in her own generation, not trying to fit in with her daughter's. The daughter doesn't need Mom to be a friend. She needs mom to be a mom. Now if the mom is actually quite young herself, they still need to have a seperation line. They think Mom isn't suppose to act or be cool. And dating a hot young guy makes her seem cool to the daughter's friends. Instead of the daughter being jealous, maybe she thinks mom is acting jealous of her.

i think its because its the daughters boyfriend or ex--boyfriend..hehe :)
