What is your favourite cocktail?

I love a good cocktail. I like the colourful ones with exotic combinations of ingredients, especially ones that remind me of being on holiday somewhere hot and tropical but my favourite is the Cuban speciality the Mojito - rum, lime juice and mint leaves topped with soda What's your favourite cocktail? Give the recipe too if you can so we can all enjoy it.

I like one called Scarlett o'ra. Its got southern comfort, tquila, grenadine and orang juice in and its absolutley fab! I also love one called "rumbled". That ones with light rum, dark rum, sours and pineapple juice. Yum!!

My girls and I invented one: The Passionfruit Vodcolada! We basically took V8 Splash Pina Colada Juice, Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Passionfruit, and Vanilla Skyy Vodka, and mixed them together. We took a 16 ounce glass, poured the pina colada juice about halfway up, and added in crushed ice, then put in about 2 ounces of the vodka, and 4 ounces of the rum, and stirred it all up. It was quite spectacular.

My favorite drink is a strawwberry daiquari! I like for them to have whipped cream on them also. YUM!! I don't have a recipe for them so I can't help you in making them. We always get one when I am out for a nice dinner with the husband.

I know that one; I do like ones with rum in them. When I went to Cuba there were so many to choose from. The good thing about a daiquiri is that you can use whatever fruit you have at the time Thanks for your response!
