Nowadays weight-losing has become popular among young and middle-aged women. In order to be pretty-looking,they try many different ways to losing weight. Some go on a diet, some take exercise, some eat medicine, others even turn to operation for help. But some ways can bring side effects.
I'm lazy,so I ofen go on a diet,but most time I can't control my appetite.This makes me gloomy.
So I want to know which way do you take to lose your weight and how to keep your body in shape?

I have trouble controlling my appetite too. The most successful method I had was the high protein, low carb diet. I oot 6 to 7 kgs with thi diet, over aboy 6 months, but my husbands allergies put a top to doing this diet fully. Since that I have had no real success in loosing weight.
Our President of WW said that we should be only on 1200 calories each day, but when I tried that, it was disastrous.
I am going to view yor other responses to see if I can pick up any more weight loss hints.
