Where do you find happiness?

When you are having a bad day what do you think about or where do you go to be happy? Where is you happy place?? Mine is thinking of the good times with my Grandpa and thinking of my son.

I find my happiness in helping others,being with children,learning about things that interest me....on the beach- i always seems to find happiness on the beach,i culd be myself or with a loved one......
