What do you Think about Spider-Man3 the movie comparing to the first two movies?

I liked the first two, the third promised a lot and delivered very little, and I waited months to see it. It relied to heavily on the action scenes, which were overdone, and Peter Parker's darkside was joke.He dressed in black, danced funny and screwed up his hair. That's a saturday night for me, not anywhere near my dark side. I also wanted venom to be larger than life, that didn't happen.
