Can people in America and other countries access .co.uk websites?

This is just a general enquiry, people. If you are in America and other continents, can you view .co.uk websites? Like they're normal websites? I just wanted to know so that I don't go out and buy an unnecessary .com or .biz domain name. Cheers

any website can be accessed from anywhere around the globe unless it has some sort of restricted access that will prevent you from viewing the website without authorization.. it does not make any diff if its co.uk or co.fr or sumthin like that.. these domains are used mostly by sites having content in the local language.. but can be used for all types of content..

That's good to know. I suppose it makes sense when you think about it.

I can view .co.uk with no trouble at all. It's like a regular web site so there's no trouble at all. I don't see any problems with it at all whatsoever.

Okay, cheers for that. I just want to make sure. Obviously now I can just continue using the .co.uk domain name. America's a big place and it owuld be a shame not to get visitors from there. Thanks again for your comments.
