Everyone has a price. What's yours?

I argued with my teacher when he said this to me, because I wanted to believe that I wasn't like everyone else, and that I could not be bought. Howvever, now when I think about it, although I don't like to admit it, I think that if it came to it, there would be a price on me. And even though we all think the price would be extremely high, (25 million at least), the reality of it is that it would be a lot lower. Fame is much lower than that, yet so many people 'sell' themselves for 15 minutes of it. So I just wanted to find out, what is your price, or how much would you be prepared to accept if haggling was involved?

it depends on what you are talking about, there are some things no one could buy of me, if I have a principal that I believed in there is no way anyone could buy me, for little things in life I think everyone can be bought including me but if I believe in something then I am rock solid and nothing will change my mind.

Yeh, I think the question wasn't all that clear. I'm talking about compromising your beliefs and 'selling out', so to speak. Or marrying for money, and being with someone you don't love just for financial stablility. Things like that. I'm of the belief that if the price was high enough, and the person was desperate then all values could be overlooked.

I think it depends entirely on what you are selling yourself for. There are some things that no price would be high enough, yet other things could get my vote for a buck

Hmm, as I said above, I believe if the price was high enough and depending on a person's situation at the time, all values could and would be overlooked. Desperation makes a person deliberate.
