about my yahoo accnt

i have been having problems with my yahoo accnt. it cannot rcv any email but it can send. my inbox is empty. i have an accnt in hotmail and i always tried to send email in yahoo. but it always bounced back. i have this problem since last year. does anyone know how to check this problem or should i create another accnt. by the way, its the accnt i use for yahoo msgr, its working just fine

I would say to check the junk or bulk mail sometimes it goes in there. Other wise just create a new account on yahoo, and if it keeps doing it contact the help forums. :)
