What if God has an answering machine?
"For Thanksgiving, press 1.
For Confessions, press 2.
For Comments, press 3.
For Other Prayers, press 4."
What if the machine tells you this,
"Sorry, all angels are busy now. Please pray again later."
It will be hard, right? So let us thank God. He personally listens and answers our prayers. :D
I got this cute message from a friend and decided to share it with the mylot community. Hope you like it. thanks! ;)

My God is so magnificent that He has already assured man that if he repents on his misdeeds, God is going to pardon him.God has assured man that irrespective of man,s behavior, He is going to feed him and only punish him if he trespasses his limits. God has asked man not to be disheartened because God is going to help him when all other deny him the help. When a person has total faith in God, he feels presence of God any time.God is not far from him but if the person falls in the way of satin,God refuses to help him till he shows repentance. So when we have awnsers already, why to confirm them.

yup that is so true. We have problems because that is only the time we become closer to God.

you had a good idea..and thanks for sharing.you are right. God is the only one who has always eyes and ears for us even though sometimes it seems different. and we forget to thank God for being a constant love in our life..oso this simple message is a moment to stop and think about all the blessings we have, all the loving people who are there for us and to think about the greatest love of all, that is GOD..thank you my friend, very cute, indeed. Let's hope that God will always have time for us. have a nice day

yes that is for sure. He will always have time for us. It is only us who have no time for Him which is sad.

A few days ago I was completely hopeless and was thinking about a more scary scene, where God cannot be reached at all. Forget about an answering machine, imagine he has no phone at all and he cannot be contacted! But I guess thats not so, God's always reachable.

yes and if we will think that we are always busy and Him not the same to us, we are abusing his goodness right? ;)

Aren't you Glad God is not like this? I think it would be hard to serve a God if he was like this. Personally I am Glad we can go to him any time of day or night with our needs and ask for Prayer whether it be something minor, or something major. He is there to help us in any situation, and all we've got to do is ask.

Wow..
I'd find that funny and I don't mean to sound offensive but I don't believe "a" god listens.
Although it's nice to believe there is :)

Thanks for sharing this interesting message :-))
Fortunately, we do not need to press all those numbers.
Even if God's angels are busy everyday, God is always available 24/7 (i.e. 24 hours and 7 days per week).
Even if God does not answer prayers instantly, in His own time He will answer them with the best of our interests and welfare !
Praise God and say Amen to that. :-))

Ha, it is very funny. I think it would very hard for us to contact God, because there will a times that his angels are busy.

Ya know I hate answering machines. I'm sure glad that God doesn't have one. I am ever so glad that he is waiting and listen for me to talk to him. I'm not impressed with haveing to press buttons n the telephon to get a person so again I'm Glad that God Doesn't have an answereing machine even though this piece is cute.

I am very grateful that God's line of communication is not on 'heavy' traffic unlike our own phonelines and websites that undergo maintenance and shutdowns. He has indeed numerous open lines that we can get access to. He could be reached anytime we need to talk to Him for 24/7 or even more than that. He has given us 'free loads' to contact Him anytime but sad to say that others do not use these 'discounts' or opportunities because they are preoccupied in communicating with their friends.

hmmm i went to church today and one of the pastor's comments stayed in my head. He said that God delights in answering our prayers. isn't that amazing? this all-knowing, all-powerful God is never too busy to answer our little, petty, sometimes insignificant request, never so much that He'd need to have an answering machine for us.we are indeed very blessed, to have prayer to connect us to GOd. and what's more, we wont need a phone line or phone operators to do that! :)
