networking business

I joined one of the networking big company here in the philippines. On the first time I am very excited, but at the end I have nothing. Who among you familiar with binary?How can you detect a company is a pyramiding? please advise

As a Net worker you have sell the concept instead of Company products or Brand of the Company. The subject has more depth. For the past 4 years I'm doing the Networking with many companies. But I have learned just less than 5% of the subject.
