There are indeed some things which I feel that one can do to boost one's star rating. Here are some that I can think of. You should choose topics in which you can write comfortably about. This will enable you to give a comprehensive reply to the topic that you have chosen. Make sure that you write as much as you possibly can. At least 4 lines or more. Also, when crafting your reply, make sure that you are polite. Always read through your answer to ensure that your answer will not be perceived as sarcastic or rude. Additionally, do check to ensure that there are no grammar mistakes or spelling mistakes. This will ensure that people will be more inclined to rate your reply as positive. Finally, do write in a way that makes your answer sound appealing or exciting. This tends to make people give a positive rating.
