Its like a bank, if you deposited a small amount in your account it will accumulate an interest.right?same as paying a house as rent to own,and in the near future you will be the owner of that house.

This makes no sense at all, I get the impresion you have never had a mortgage. "Near future" is just not a term used when discussing amortization.
