Nobody is perfect. Even the most cheerful person can have a bad time and get depressed. I started to realize that my depression started from my unsatisfying life. I don't like my life and the way it be. I did not have time to do what I love and I don't have social life. My job is sometimes tiresome and drawn out my energy. I guess that tiredness is a cause of depression, too. My lot helps me in many ways. Mostly how to express myself and get socialize. What else can be the cause of depression do you think?

Negative things causes depression. You need to take it easy... take a holiday and stop worrying about life.

It could be chemical. You have certain chemicals in your brain that helps you to feel ok, but when they get messed up, they can cause depression. It could be weather related. I know that when I am truly exhausted, I get real depressed. If you feel like that maybe you should see your doctor and he could refer you to some one who could help. It could be some thing that you pushed to the back of your mind that you forgot.

Getting too much emotional and worrying negative things are main leads for depression
