Several years back, I used to drink just a single cup of coffee everyday. Lstely however, because of scientific findings as to the many benefits of drinking coffee can give to the body, I now drink a minimum of 5 cups of very black coffee a day. Do you believe in these latest positive news about the benefits of drinking coffee ? Do you drink a lot of coffee cups also ?

seksiconnie, my friend. The 5 cups are evenly consumed from morn till night. These cup of coffee are all black, with just a little sugar in it. I do not feel nervous, but my alert level is high and during the times I always feel drowsy minding my business in the afternoon when I was still not a coffee drinker of sort, now I am always on my feet listening attentively to my customers and giving them good advices in case they need one. I think my dullness before was a bit sharpened a little by drinking coffee - Oh my, if only a Nestle heavyweight can read this. (just joking, seksiconnie my friend)

I try not to drink it all the time. I try to limit myself to very little. I don't go by findings. I find that they are useless. First they say too much of this will cause that. Then they say that the same thing is beneficial to the thing that was harmful while drinking coffee. It is all too confusing so I stopped listening to those reports and thought for myself. I feel that basically they are telling what to do,eat and act. I don't want anyone telling what to do with my life, I will make up my own mind on what to do, eat and act.

Every day new finding are coming in papers. One day they will say coffee is bad. Better do what you like best. Do not go by findings.
