can you enumerate at least 5 (five) PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS of high blood pressure that is different to the PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS of low blood pressure?

Well, sometimes its unavoidable that we feel depressed for the day..but for the health its not a good side,i believe in meditation, its will balance all disorders of body and mind.

Well manelann there are no clear cut symptoms. one must need to have some of the ones that i am describing below.
Having just one of these will may or may not be the diagnostic symptom.
1. Severe headache
2. Fatigue or confusion
3. Vision problems
4. Chest pain- mostly chest to left arm radiating.
5. Difficulty breathing
6. Irregular heartbeat
7. Blood in the urine
The only way to find out if you have high blood pressure is to get your blood pressure checked on a regular basis. This is especially important if you have a close relative who has high blood pressure.

These are some signs and symptoms of High Blood Pressure:
1. occipital headache (near the nape)
2. fainting or dizziness
3. nosebleeds (sometimes)
4. tinnitus
5. confusion
6. morning headache
