Will you read the final book really fast, or slow?

Will you read it fast so you can find out what happens before other people or will you take your time, as its the last book and you want to make it last? Maybe you dont care because your just going to read it again and again and again lol. I will be reading it slower than normal as I read the last one too quickly and felt I should have made it last longer. Please give me your opinions.

I am a quick reader and will read it very quickly.Later i will read it again and again more slowly.I am very eager to see what will be the end of the series and who will die: Harry or Voldemort.

As someone has stated, what usually happens when I get a new Harry Potter book is I tend to read the entire book in one day and rather fast. After I read the entire book, I usually take some time off and then go back at a later date, usually a few weeks to a month later and reread the book to take in details that I may have missed the first time around.

Good idea, thanks for your response.

I will read pretty slow, savor it a bit. My husband on the other hand will read it in one night.

I can't wait to start reading it. I admit I am tempted to read the last few pages to see how it all ends before I read the beginging.

What usually happens is I read it fast then I reread it a little slower and take in everything. Being that I will be so excited when it comes out, I will read super fast. I will definately reread it after I read it the first time. That is what I did in book 6. I finished book 6 in like three to four days.

That sounds like a good idea, thanks for responding.

I read through it at an average pace. Try not to go too fast because I want to take in everything but I also get so excited when reading the new books that I want to zoom through to find out what happens. I'll try to be in the middle this time and will most likely re-read it again very shortly after that first night to catch any stuff I missed.
26 Jun 07
Yes I usually read it again to catch any details I missed.

For me, reading Harry Potter books is difficult. I am not familiar with meanings of names of those characters in the book. I have to imagine a lot about them.
