Do you think wenger is going to sign a striker next week??

Since henry is almost 100% guaranteed to join barcelona tomorrow subject to a medical, do you think wenger knows who his next striker will be. I hope he signs babel because the player wishes to play in the premiership sooner than later and he is good friends with van persie. I saw some of his goals on youtube.com and he is quite similar to henry. I think he can score more goals with his head as well.lol.
Wenger might not sign another striker and give bertdner a chance in the first team because he did say that he does not want to play for the reserves again. Who knows?

I agree that the best choice would be Anelka because his style is similar to Henry and he is used to the playing style of english football.

I think the current first choice for Arsene Wenger is Anelka. Anelka has been there and done that with his first tenure at Arsenal. But, it is his mercurial side as well as the non-loyal tag that Arsene would have to deal with. There is of course no doubting the talents of Anelka when he is at his best, but the mental aspects of his get in the way of his talents.
The other names being thrown around are Babel and Jan Huntelaar. I have seen some goals from Babel and they are good, but he stil has to prove that he can score 20 odd goals in a physical league like EPL. Jan Huntelaar is at best a stop gap arrangement, till he gets a good striker.
