....who is the best boyfriend?????

Chris? Oh... right. He was her nephew. Whoops.. but he was damn cute. I actually liked Coop the best. Not coz he was the one who she got her happily ever after with in the end but because he was the one who cared for her just the way she was without wanting to change her. Cole wanted her to become the queen of all evil and forced himself on her even though she didn't want him anymore. Jason could not accept her as a witch. That other guy who she got together with when she had this other form didn't accept her for that as well. Leslie... well... that was just a fling. Is there anyone else? I don't quite remember. But anyway, Coop wins!

Coop was without a doubt the best boyfriend she's ever had. He's a cupid, so who knows romance better than that. And talk about the sweet things he does for her during the season, and not even trying to jump in saying he was meant for her. He's cute too, so that totally adds a huge bonus. Much better than Cole, even though his power is less...obvious, and evil.

According to me the best boyfriend should be very honust to her girlfriend,care full in nature,he must have self respect,he must be helping nature and must share all the secrets of life to her girlfriend.

I'd have to say Cole Turner. He's hott, smart, dangerous, and he loved her enough to turn her evil! They made it threw thick and thin, she vanquished him, and he still loves her. He spends eternity loving her in the other plane or what ever it was.

Cole was the love of her life, but Coop is who she married last. So I vote for Coop.

Even though he was pure evil, I would have to say Cole. They complemented each other greatly. If he could have ever become pure good, then that would have been perfect. Cole loved Pheobe with all his heart, and she loved him. There was just that pesky thing about him being the Source that got in the way of their lives. Unfortunately, he couldn't be trusted and Pheobe knew that. But, I think that he was the best.

i think that Coop is the best guy for phoebe. he treats her the best and very much concern. if things didn't went well between the two of them, my second choice is jason.

I think the best boyfriend was Leo simply because he has always been there for Piper! No matter what obstacles they faced Leo would always find his way in Piper’s life. I thought that Cole was also a wonderful boyfriend for Phoebe so I thought until coop came into the picture….lol…he was cupid and managed to steal the heart of phoebe and live happily ever after. Nonetheless I would have to say that Leo was the best boyfriend in “Charmed”

I think her best bf is cupid, but I did really like jason.
