I have a Bassett Hound and a mixed breed. I used to have a Black Labrador but she ran away and we couldn't find her anymore. I just hope she's okay and that she is being cared and loved for.

My dog is a Vizsla. It's a Hungarian hunting dog. Very strong, smart and beautiful. It a cousin to the Weimeraner (spelling?), but instead of gray she is red with matching brown eyes.

We have a doberman. They're my absolute favorite breed of dog. Over the years we have also had a husky, a min-pin, a silky terrier and other dobermans. Although they were all great pets & loved by our family, the dobies have all been exceptional & amazing dogs.

My dog, who we've had for exactly one year today, is part beagle and part terrier. We suspect that she has some kind of pointer in her, too. We adopted her from the Humane Society a year ago today. They originally told us that she was part sheltie, which we didn't believe because she had no evidence or characteristics of a sheltie. When we took her to the vet to get her initial check-up and shots, the vet was the one who told us what breeds she was.
