Which do you choose,career or family if the both have conflict?

I think most man can choose career,they put family on the second.But most womem can choose family,they think a lot of love,they can give up career for their family.In their opions, family always the first.Do you think so?

Your statement looks corect to me......A man always think about his career only but a woman's priority is always the family. Anyway in a conflicting situation this will balance...One will look after the career always and other one will be there for the family.

Your response is quite right.But it isn't always in a balance.That man puts his career only can hurt his wife.Woman needs the family that concludes her husband.
