do you make me know benefits of eating cabbage

I eat lot of vegetables and cabbage is one of them. It makes me feel light even after taking a lot of it.I wish know the benefits of eating it ,raw,as well cooked

Hello yemberzal I don't really like vegetables, I can say that I hate them. But the first vegetable that I learn to eat are cabbage. They are delicious for me, and not like other vegetables. I love eating too. Cabbage contributes nutrients that help prevent carcinogens, which have been broken down from the liver, from regrouping and causing cancer. These nutrients have also been shown to help with the liver’s elimination of chemicals.

I do enjoy eating cabbage as it’s rich in vitamins and minerals. It’s believed eating cabbage regularly is quite good to our health. I like to prepare veg salad by adding raw cabbage to it. Raw cabbage is one of the delicious ingredients in acak (a type of local spicy pickled vegetable food). I also like curry cooked with cabbage, potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants, long beans and shrimps.

one good thing is it is said to have chemicals in it that help prevent cancer, 1. Cabbage is anti – inflammatory vegetable 2. Cabbage contains lactic acid that acts to disinfect colon 3. Cabbage can also be used to reduce headache pain 4. Another benefit of cabbage is in it's anti –cancer properties and is also said to be able in treating other skin conditions 5. I try and eat cabbage as much as I can. My mother has tons of recipes for it. I've heard about it's anti cancer props. I also believe it scrubs your colon and more. Plus you can eat tons of it and it's good for weight loss. I'm trying a new recipe right now. I layered cabbage wedges, bay leaves, chicken legs, tomatoes, potatoes and seasonings. I'll let you know how it tastes!!!
