I don't have any pet right now but me and my son love pets. We have a puppy before just given by our neighbor after few months somebody killed our puppy. My son and I felt sad about it, as our pet is so lovely and loves to play with us and also with the neighbor. Our dog is very friendly, i don't know who killed him. So we don't have choice but to bury him. We also love birds, we take care of a small duck before. It is very small and we keep him clean always, at night our small duck sleep with us seems like one of us, such a nice pet. One day, he went off of his cage and roam around, my niece is busy doing something and as she turn around he had footed the duck and it diess huhuhuhu! we cried coz it is very charming. NOw, we don't have pet anymore..no more heartaches, maybe in the later time because having pet is also having responsibility.

I have a 15 year old spoiled mutt dog that I got at an animal shelter. He sometimes forgets that he is too old to do things that he use to like to do such as jump from porch to top of dog house then back. He now stops while on the doghouse and looks like he is thinking why did I do that.

pet ownership has positive effects on physical well-being.
caring for a dog or cat also serves as a buffer against isolation and loneliness in elderly people. the "care-taking role" involved in pet ownership "may provide older people with a sense of purpose and responsibility and encourage them to be less apathetic and more active in day-to-day activities."

I do love pets. I have 2 cats. I used to have a dog years ago. But she is long gone. I think she went to heaven.Thats the only bad thing about pets when they die.

I love pets very much Bunny is my dog and we treated him as our baby.He is such a sweet heart and very smart, but a little mischievous as he like to whine when he feel bored. He loves playing frisbee and he is pretty good on catching the frisbee. We spent at least an hour every day to play with him otherwise he will comes to me and whining or barking at me to let me know that he wanted to play games...:)

I love pets, and I think it must be boring to live without them. I currently have one dog, a medium size one. He is great, it's really good to have a pet in your home. They bring you happiness and make you feel alive.
You should get one. If you can't raise it, or you don't want to have any problems, get a small size one.
