What is the age difference between you and your husband/wife/significant other?

The age gap between myself and my fiance is more than 10 years--he's younger than me. At first, when we were just friends, I thought that the age difference was too great. Once we started talking more, however, I realized that the age difference really didn't matter so much. My friends teased me a little at first about it, but once they saw that I was happy, they stopped teasing so much. It is funny, though, when I talk about an old movie or TV show, and he's never even heard of it. Then I realize that it is because he wasn't born yet!

i am four years older than my wife, in my eyes she is a little girl. and sometimes there is some difference in our opinion.

my husband is 3 years older than me. and i'd say it is nice age gap.

My husband is 3 months older than me lol. For me personally I couldn't date anyone more than maybe 5 years older than me. But I think that there really is no limit to the age difference. If you are 20 and can date and seriously love someone who is 60, then I wish all the luck in the world.

I am almost 10 years older than my girlfriend but that does not matter as much as when you are young. Ten years difference in say a 15 and a 25 year old would not be good but after a person reaches their majority the age should be only numbers. If there is true love then don't let other people try to talk you out of it unless it only feels that you are trying to get away from one situation. Then it might not be true love and your partner might be taking advantage of your vulnerabilities.

I am one year older than my boyfriend,and I think it just ok.we are more or less at the same age,so we have many commen topics,and we get along well with each other.

I just got out of a relationship but we were 7 years apart. Age difference doesn't really matter all that much to me. My parents are 17 years apart and my mom and stepdad are 15 years apart.

My fiance and I are 35 years apart. I am not kidding. I wanted maturity, I wanted a man who I could share discussions and thoughts with, I wanted a guy with a brain, and I found one!!! He's a genius, he knows how to cook, he speaks Russian, and he treats me like a princess!!!

My boyfriend is 12 years older than me, which doesn't bother me at all and is rarely an issue. In terms of age difference, I draw the line when one person could have reasonably been the parent of the other (i.e., 18+ years of difference).

My husband and I are the same age. I am actually 4 months older. I don't think that age would affect who I date, but then being married almost 20 years, it is hard to even think of dating. I don't know if I believe their is too large of an age difference. It all depends on the individuals and their maturity.

There are six years gap between my wife and me. There are a few months gap between my elder sister and my brother-in-law. And there are eight years between my elder and my sister-in-lay. I think it is ok for them and me as well.

i am 11 years older than my wife. so far it hasn't effected us in any way and she doesn't seem to think it will, so i don't let it bother me at all. i think its kind of funny sometimes when i talk about my high school days, she was only in elementary school. what a perv. ;) p.s. i didn't know her then LOL

I'm exactly 5 months and two days older then my husband. It shows.. not phyically though. Mentally lol
