Anxiety

Anyone here have anxiety? I always get i, especially when im around large crowds, or when im the center of attention,like at school, if i have to read in front of the class i get nervous and my heart starts beating really fast. how can i stop it?

I was just telling my sister about having an anxiety attack on the rides at Disneyland. I just told myself to breath and tried not to think about it and I didn't even go on any scary rides I was even wishing for a brown bag. Its so hard sometimes just to sleep at night because of these attacks.
