I drove from West LA, CA to Albuquerque, NM, which is about 810 miles, last fall. The only stops where for gas, bathroom and to grab a quick bite to eat which was short since I had my food with me and didn't stop anywhere to eat along the way. I won't say how long it took other than to mention I made really good time.

I have driven from Conway, Arkansas to the Mojave Desert in California. We drove straight through with multiple drives just stopping for food, gas, and restroom breaks. It took us between 36 and 48 hours to make that drive. I have done it multiple times during Spring Break while I was in College.

really good time huh? Hahahaha! The longest stretch I've ever driven was from Mackinac Michigan to the Keys in Florida. I don't know how many hours but it was a 20 hour drive. Very tiring and boring also. I was with a traveling carnival at the time and had to return a defective ride and pick up a replacement for the next towns show. Rushed job.
HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~
