Spas and massage parlors are sprouting everywhere nowadays here in the Philippines but what is the BEST massage technique? I am in search of a massage that offers not only relaxation but with mental, psychological and and health benefits... what do you think?

I dont know all the different types. I usually get a therapudic massage. In my area there are also sports and remdial massages. I have only ever had 3 or 4 massages in my whole life, But i love them... ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm
