hello,i need your help.i am a member of golddownline .com and they pay 1 cent for one ad and there are more than 3000 ads on their site and their minimum payout is $25,i earned this amount yesterday and i am unable to withdraw the amount ,i do not think the site to be scam so if anyone of you have withdrawn plz help me how to withdraw money

the truth is if you're not upgrade member you cant request payout.even you're upgrade member,its doesnt mean you'll get your payout,because i dont think there is anybody else did received the payment from golddownline.i wont trust the site still in pre-launch status after year by year,if its not scam,what would it be?

check my profile page.all sites paid member via e-gold or paypal usually with no-minimum payout.
