I have just eaten a South Afriacan favourite called Mopani Worms. The worms are piched off the Mopani trees in the northern province of South Africa, then they are fried on an open fire and then stewed for a while with wild vegetables and herbs, it was absolutely delicious. Almost as nice as the fried silkworms I ate at a party in London last year
Anyone out there enjoy exotic dishes as much as I do.????

Is it the same as the worms in a sago tree. Here we do have this kind of delicacy found in the sago tree. It is the size of a thumb and you either fry or barbeque it. It tastes fantastic.
