Almost all the free to join programs are listed in that website.I have already joined in that.If someone does join you under that then they will have none to ask you.Either they would already be in few of those programs or all free to join programs would get exhausted.Anyway...All the best for your referral building.

There are MANY more free to joins OUTWITH Marketing Pond. I'm trying to build a downline, and help others, not get messages that put people off.

I have the same problem to get referral and this is a good way of getting some, if somebody join ur site and U join their site then both will be benifited...yes I will also try for it soon...in the mean time I can join in ur while U can decide and let me know if U want to join any of mine...
